If you do not see your lens type listed, please use the email feature of our website to order your lenses.  We will email you with price.  Please include: patient name, type of lenses you wear, quantity of lenses needed, right and/or left eye, and let us know if you will pick them up at our office, or wish to have them shipped to your home.

If you are not currently a patient at our office, please email us your prescription information, and have your Eye Doctor fax a copy of your current prescription to our office at (330) 629-9791.
