It has been my pleasure to be of service to each of you the past 16 years in Boardman.  I consider each patient a part of my extended family.  Unfortunately, in these economic times, I find it necessary to pursue other avenues.  

SUBURBAN VISION CARE is now permanently closed.   Patient records have been transferred to

Lee Eye Center, effective May 2, 2011.  You will receive a formal announcement from Dr. Lee shortly.  

I have personally chosen Dr Tac Lee as my successor.  He, and his associate, Dr Bart DePascale, are both highly skilled practitioners, who will continue to provide quality eye care services to you and your family in the coming years. 

For patients for whom I have been providing medical eye care [glaucoma, ocular hypertension, and other eye disease processes], it is especially important for continuity of care to visit Lee Eye Center, at the recommended interval.
